VISION

How was ENOCH birthed? On the day of the biggest ever stock market crash, September 29, 2008 - the eve of Rosh HaShannah, 29 Elul 5768, my heart’s cry to heaven was … Lord what can ‘we’ do to protect our people? The significance of this date has only recently been revealed through the revelations of Jonathan Cahn as he has traced its history back hundreds of years and then combined it with prophecy. Indeed, Abba birthed this ministry to protect Volusia County on this significant date… a date that has seen much calamity throughout history.

And He saw that there was no man, and was astonished that there was no one to intercede’. Isaiah 59:16

I searched for a man among them that would build up the wall and stand in the gap before Me for the land, so that I would not destroy it; but I found no one. Thus I have poured out my indignation on them; I have consumed them with the fire of My wrath; their way I have brought upon their heads,’ declares the Lord God. Ezekiel 22:30,31

What is the primary vision of ENOCH Prayer? To avert judgment over Volusia County… that there would always be intercession, a person standing in the gap. Please see Strategy for the details of how this is strategically being accomplished.

Where did the name come from? The primary focus was to see a church open each night for worship, praise and intercession … and for the lost to always have a place of ‘refuge’ and the opportunity for salvation. Thus the acronym … Each Night One CHurch (it has been updated to Each Night One Congregation Heart-to-heart).

Is there more to the vision? Yes, an integral part of our intercession is for the remnant and their families, for our congregations and their Shepherds, local, state and federal government... and always Israel and the Middle East, which now includes the ‘Persecuted Church’.

Has the vision evolved? Yes. The vision has gone to another level …’so as to make a people prepared for the Lord’.

Be like men who are waiting for their master when he returns from the wedding feast, so that they may immediately open the door to him when he comes and knocks. Blessed are those slaves whom the master will find on the alert when he comes, truly I say to you, that he will gird himself to serve, and have them recline at the table, and will come up and wait on them.’ Luke 12:35-37

Our consistent awareness is His will in earth (specifically Volusia County) as it is in heaven. We pray with believing that we will see the heavens opened over this County, the light to dispel darkness, the truth to dispel lies … so that the citizens of this county will not stumble around in the dark, they are free to serve the Lord in truth, and they are ready for His return.

How do God’s appointed times fit into the vision? Understanding God’s appointed times as set forth from Genesis the Millennial is an integral part of ‘being ready’ and therefore an important focus of this ministry … even as we look towards Jerusalem for the return of our Messiah. Please see ‘the appointed times in eternity’.
